2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS & ALL SALES FINAL
All our jewelry is made to order, and as such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details, including ring size, metal type, and stone selection, are correct before completing your purchase.

3. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
We take great care in shipping our products, but once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. If you encounter issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • No changes can be made to shipping information once an order has been shipped.

  • Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
